User Agreement

Binding Agreement

By accessing or using the Easy2Bill web application (the "Service"), you, the User, agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE.

Service Provision & Account Setup

• Initial Configuration: RDZ LLC's involvement is limited strictly to the creation of the initial "Admin User"
• User Autonomy: Once the Admin account is handed over, the User is solely responsible for all subsequent data entry, the creation of additional users, and the management of all billing workflows
• No Active Monitoring: RDZ LLC does not monitor, verify, or audit the data you enter into the Service

Data Storage & Google Infrastructure

The Service operates on third-party infrastructure provided by Google (Firebase/Google Cloud).

• Third-Party Reliance: You acknowledge that the Service's availability and data integrity are dependent on Google
• No Data Guarantee: RDZ LLC makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the persistence or safety of your data. The database is managed by Google; therefore, any hardware failure, software bug, or service outage on Google's part is beyond the control and liability of RDZ LLC
• User Backup Duty: It is the User's sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of all financial records, invoices, and client data

Absolute Waiver of Liability

• Loss of Data: Any corruption, deletion, or loss of access to data stored within the Google database
• Business Interruption: Any loss of revenue, profit, or client goodwill resulting from the Service being offline or malfunctioning
• Security Breaches: Unauthorized access to your account resulting from weak passwords or third-party hacks
• Regulatory Non-Compliance: Any failure of the User to comply with tax, legal, or accounting laws through the use of the Service

User Responsibilities & Indemnification

• Authorized Access: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the web app
• Data Accuracy: You assume 100% responsibility for the accuracy of invoices and financial data generated
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RDZ LLC and its members from any third-party claims, lawsuits, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or any data you input into the system

No Warranty ("AS-IS")

Data Privacy & Non-Exploitation

• No Sale of Data: RDZ LLC does not sell, trade, or monetize your data to third parties
• Confidentiality: Your data is protected by Google's security protocols. RDZ LLC does not access your database content unless required for critical technical support requested by you

Termination

RDZ LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to access the data stored in the Service will cease immediately. RDZ LLC is not obligated to provide you with a copy of your data after termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RDZ LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
